ActionMaxx Terms of Use

Effective date: October 10, 2026

By using ActionMaxx, operated by Foundation Design LLC (Lark & Co), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these terms conflict with the EULA, the EULA controls.

• Subscriptions: ActionMaxx Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel: in iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
• Acceptable use: don't misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.
• No guarantees: ActionMaxx is a focus tool provided "as is." It depends on Apple's Screen Time, and we don't guarantee that any app will always be blocked.
• Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as described in Apple's EULA.
• Changes: we may update these terms. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
